Account Questions
Q: How do I change the contact information on my account?
A: Click the HELP button on the upper right-hand corner of the screen to submit a request. The Online Rewards Support Team will assist.
Q: I don’t know my account number, how do I find it?
A: Your account number appears on your invoice above your practice name. If you don’t have an invoice you can reach out to your Ophthalmic Business Consultant or your Marchon/Altair Account Executive to obtain this information.
Q: How do I create a rewards account?
A: From the registration page: https://vsp.online-rewards.com/REGISTER
Q: What do I do if I am having trouble registering or accessing my account?
A: You may contact your Ophthalmic Business Consultant or Account Executive for assistance.
Q: Can I add others in my office to my VSP Rewards account?
A: Yes. You can add team members to your account by using the “My Team” tab. Once users are added, points may be added or deleted by the principal account holder.
Q: When will my points expire?
A: Points earned from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025, through the 2025 VSPOne Rewards, Unity Rewards and Kaleyedoscope Rewards programs will expire on February 1, 2026 (accounts are still able to redeem on January 31, 2026).
Q: I want to transfer my points from multiple accounts into one account. How do I do that?
A: Click the HELP button on the upper right-hand corner of the screen to submit this request. The Online Rewards support team will assist.
Taxes
Q: Do I have to pay taxes on items I order from the online shopping catalog?
A: Though all applicable sales tax and shipping are already included in the point value of each item in the online shopping catalog, any applicable federal, state, and local income taxes are not. Participating ECPs should consult with their tax advisors about whether the rebates reduce their cost for income tax purposes of the lenses or frames purchased from VSP, or whether the W-2s of the ECP’s employees, who are given the points, should reflect the value of the points redeemed.
VSP Vision reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the rewards program(s) at any time and at its sole discretion. By participating in the rewards program(s), you agree to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time by VSP.

Q: Who can participate in VSPOne Rewards?
A: Practices in Hawaii will continue to receive VSPOne Lab Rewards on orders processed at the Hawaii VSPOne Technology Center. *Some restrictions may apply, see terms and conditions for additional information.
Q: Am I required to participate in the program if I use one of the labs shown above?
A: Eligible accounts will begin earning points for the VSPOne program automatically without the need to register. Accounts will need to register to redeem their earned points.
Earning, Redeeming and Tracking Points
Q: How do I earn VSPOne Rewards points?
A: You earn rewards points by submitting claims through VSPOne Technology Centers for eligible Unity Progressive Lenses, SunSync Light-Reactive Lenses, TechShield Anti-Reflective Coatings, and Ethos Lenses.
Q: How many points can I earn when I combine my VSPOne Lab Rewards and New Unity Rewards?
A: Practices can earn up to 40 points per VSP claim with the New Unity Rewards program and up to 25 points for the VSPOne Lab Rewards program.
Q: How does VSP know when I have placed a lab order that can earn points?
A: Each order you place through a participating lab is tracked through our lab order-management system. Qualifying orders are uploaded into VSPOne Rewards accordingly. Points are rewarded in the first week of each month for the prior month’s transactions. *Some restrictions may apply, see terms and conditions for additional information.
Q: How will I receive my VSPOne Lab Rewards?
A: Rewards will continue to be redeemed through the same platform that you currently use, no additional log in credentials are needed.
Q: How can I check my point balance?
A: When you login, you will see a point summary on the landing page. You can also find additional details about your points by going to the “points” section under your profile drop down menu.
Q: When can I expect my electronic gift card?
A: Immediately after purchasing your electronic gift card is available to spend! Go to your orders page under your account drop down menu. Select the order number and you will find a set of instructions on how to claim your gift card and your claim code or url link. *Does not apply to Virtual Visa, this will be emailed to you.
Q: Can I still earn VSPOne Rewards points for eligible orders, even if I am getting premiums from other VSP promotions/programs for the same product?
A: Yes. VSPOne Rewards and Unity Rewards are stackable and can be combined with other offers. The points you earn through VSPOne Rewards are in addition to any other points/savings you receive from other VSP promotions/programs. *some restrictions may apply
Unity Rewards Program

Q: What is the Unity Rewards program?
A: The Unity Rewards program offers a simplified way for all VSP network providers to earn points on eligible Unity, SunSync, and TechShield, Ethos, and non-branded lenses and enhancements. Points can be redeemed on items of your choice.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Unity Rewards program?
A: As of January 1, 2025, the Unity Rewards program is open to all independent VSP network providers
Earning, Redeeming and Tracking Points
Q: How does the Unity Rewards program work?
A: Points are awarded on eligible Unity, SunSync, and TechShield lenses and enhancements. Earn up to 10 base points per VSP claim. Once you’ve earned a minimum of 100 base points in a month, you will unlock multipliers to double, triple, and quadruple your earnings based on your tier. If your base points are lower than 100 then no points will be awarded for that period.
Depending on which tier you qualify for, your multiplier can increase your earning potential to up to 40 points per VSP claim. Points reset every month, and your previous month’s tier does not affect future qualifying base points.
Q: What are the tiers?
A: The New Unity Rewards program has three tiers:
• Tier 1 (monthly base points >100) will receive a 2x multiplier.
• Tier 2 (monthly base points >250) will receive a 3x multiplier.
• Tier 3 (monthly base points >500) will receive a 4x multiplier.
Q: Is there a cap on the total number of rewards points I can earn?
A: No. There is not a cap on the total number of rewards points you can earn at this time.
Q: Does Unity Rewards exclude me from participating with other rewards programs?
A: No. Labs in the Unity Distributor Lab Network may also offer separate rewards on Unity products.

Kaleyedoscope Rewards Program

Q: What is the Kaleyedoscope Rewards program?
A: The Kaleyedoscope Rewards program offers a simplified way for all Kaleyedoscope enrolled accounts to earn points on eligible Marchon and Altair Rx frame orders placed to labs. Points can be redeemed on items of your choice.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Kaleyedoscope Rewards program?
A: As of April 1, 2025, the Kaleyedoscope Rewards program is open to all independent accounts enrolled in the Kaleyedoscope board management program.
Q: How can I enroll in the Kaleyedoscope board management program?
A: Simply navigate to the Kaleyedoscope landing page on account.mymarchon.com and click Enroll Now.
Earning, Redeeming and Tracking Points
Q: How does the Kaleyedoscope Rewards program work?
A: Points are awarded monthly on eligible Marchon and Altair Rx orders placed on MyMarchon, eClaim, or Eyefinity Encompass that are sent to a lab. Accounts meeting 5% growth year over year on these orders are eligible to earn points.
Q: Is there a cap on the total number of rewards points I can earn?
A: No. There is not a cap on the total number of rewards points you can earn at this time.
Q: Can Kaleyedoscope Rewards be combined with other rewards programs?
A: Yes. Kaleydoscope Rewards, Unity Rewards and Lab Rewards points earned are combined to be redeemed on items of your choice.
